More About 18 Passenger Minibuses
Getting a group of up to 18 people around Merced and the surrounding Central Valley just got a whole lot easier with an 18 passenger minibus rental. This vehicle size hits the sweet spot perfectly, with seating for up to 18 and a smaller footprint than a full-size 56-passenger charter bus for trips through downtown Merced or to UC Merced (5200 N. Lake Road, Merced, CA 95343). UC Merced's bus staging zone is on the south side of Bellevue Lot and holds up to four buses.
If the zone is full, the bus must leave campus and return for pickup, giving your group a designated campus pickup area. Because Mercedcharterbus.com connects you with a large network of independently owned bus companies competing for your business, you can compare buses, packages, and prices side by side through one quick form. No account needed!
Whether your group is headed south toward Fresno, north toward Modesto, or east into the Sierra Nevada foothills toward Yosemite National Park, rent an 18 passenger minibus to keep your group together on the ride.

What does an 18 Passenger Minibus rental cost?
Fill out one form and get your 18 passenger minibus rental price in Merced, California in under 30 seconds, no account needed, no waiting around on callbacks. 18 passenger minibus rentals typically cost $190 – $330+ per hour, $1,210 – $1,990+ per day, and $5.00 – $7.25+ per mile, though your final rate depends on your specific travel date, trip duration, pickup location, and any amenity requests your group has. A short round-trip shuttle from a Merced hotel to Yosemite Valley Visitor Center (9035 Village Dr, Yosemite Valley, CA 95389) will price out very differently than a full-day corporate event shuttle serving UC Merced across multiple pickups. For commercial passenger vehicles over 21 feet, Yosemite Valley requires drop-off and pickup at designated bus loading areas and parking in a designated bus lot.
Larger buses use those group-loading and parking areas rather than auto-designated parking. Because Mercedcharterbus.com connects you with a large network of independently owned transportation companies competing for your business, you can compare prices from multiple independent providers instead of seeing only one company's quote.
